I'm a developer with a background in computer science and wanted to try my hand at making a site that could show off my current and ongoing skillset, while also displaying what i`m working on!

Games development is also something I have been have dabbled with on and off for years but not given it a real genuine attempt until now, to put something out there or contribute to a team on their vision. It sucks waiting for cool things to be made so hopefully I add to that and make something cool soon.

I have way too many favorite games to count, but some that have had a big impact on me are Earth Defense Force, Mirror's Edge, BioShock 2, Battlefield 1, Super Mario Sunshine, Pikmin, LISA: The Painful, Melty Blood, and Rayman 3. Each one stands out to me for different reasons, art styles scream personality, the gameplay being dumb fun or rewarding to learn. Various reasons but its nice to share what games kind of inspired me.

Outside of game development, I work in IT as a Service Desk Analyst, supporting enterprise environments and helping maintain multiple properties with various network configurations. My experience includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, working with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira, coordinating equipment deployments, and helping with technology setups spanning multiple teams. Working in IT has helped me strengthen my problem solving skills and taught me that nothing is impossible to solve as long as some form of plan is implemented, no reason why something can't get done. That and the soft skills you get from breaking down complex topics has really helped me.

I've was also incredibly fortunate for an opportunity to take part in a game quality assurance test for an NDA project. I can't share details about the work, but it helped familiarize myself with the quality assurance process!

Outside of work, I like to try and get out! Ride bikes, swim, work on personal projects, art, experimenting with 3D art, work on a home lab, studying certifications, or just all around exploring something new. I also spend a lot of time with my two cats, Sunny and Mari, who are named after characters from one of my favorite games, Omori funny enough.
